For just £49.00 per year you are fully covered. If we do not make it to your premises within 4 hours, we will refund the full £49.00 and still cover you for the remainder of the year. You cannot lose.

£49.00 is for Rapid Response Guarantee only, you will be charged for labour and material used at the applicable rate. Standard rates are:

Engineer £45.00 per hour
Apprentice £12.00 per hour

Rapid Response ‘Bronze’ will cover you from 8am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays £49.00 per year

Rapid Response ‘Silver’ will cover you from 8am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Saturdays £69.00 per year

Rapid Response ‘ Gold’ will cover you from 8am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Sundays £89.00 per year

Rapid Response ‘Platinum’ is a 24 hour call out service and is subject to contractual agreement.

Saturdays and Sundays rates are charged at £60.00 per hour for Engineer and £15.00 per hour for Apprentice

A typical call out will not exceeed 2 hours, if the correct materials are on transport.
